technical support. In an effort to continue doing so, we
must change our policy to free email support. This does
not exclude our current policy of free phone support for
the first 30 days from the date of purchase.
As a
valued customer, you will continue to receive free
technical support for any Micro 2000 product via email.
To take advantage of our free service, simply email our

will respond promptly. You can also participate in our
user forum where other customers, non-customers, and
techies discuss various computer related issues and
provide fast, reliable solutions.
If
you prefer to receive priority phone support, you can
now purchase an annual package that includes three (3)
incidents per year or choose pay-per-incident. Visit our
web site anytime to purchase a package via our
