Policy/Warranties/Guaranties
LoveMyPrices is an authorized representative for the companies,
products and services that appear on this web site. All products and
services are warranted by the respective companies. Since data
recovery procedures and possibilities can only be assessed on a case
by case basis, a thorough understanding of your particular situation
should be reached with Drive Savers, Inc. when utilizing their
services. They are a highly respected company in their industry and
will explain to you how they can or cannot help you.
LoveMyPrices is happy to and wants to assist it's customers in solving any
issues that may arise to the best of our ability. We strive for customer
satisfaction. Please contact us first if you
are experiencing any problems.
Please take the time to read and understand the following:
The term seller hereafter refers to LoveMyPrices, Inc., and or
Micro2000, Inc.
Return Policy:
Seller does not accept products returned without Seller's written
authorization and only in accordance with Seller's terms and instructions. The
terms for returning products are as follows:
- You must be the original buyer and or owner.
- An RMA number must be secured from the Seller for the product you wish
to return and have it prominently displayed on the return package for the
Seller to accept shipment
- All products must be returned to Micro 2000, Inc., complete, in the
original packaging, with all manuals and documentation enclosed.
- All hardware must be in an original resalable condition.
- All software must be in an original resalable condition, must not be
tampered with, in unopened envelope still sealed and not otherwise harmed.
- Verification of returned software and or hardware: Seller
will verify condition of returned products to determine if the above terms
have been met. Upon verification that said terms have been met, Seller will
issue a credit (for purchase orders) or refund (for cash, check credit card
purchase) as deemed appropriate. In the event terms are not met, products
will be returned to the buyer and buyer will be responsible for the full
purchase price.
Securing an RMA number.
Micro 2000, Inc Technical Support Department issues RMA numbers only under
the following conditions:
- Package is unopened and an RMA number is secured less than thirty days
after the original date of shipment.
- Micro 2000, Inc. Technical Support Department has determined that the
product has a problem covered by the warranty, which cannot be corrected in
a reasonable amount of time and Micro 2000, Inc. Technical Support
Department has issued an RMA number.
Warranties/Guaranties:
- All software products are warranted for 30 days against
defects in workmanship, incompatibility and misrepresentation.
All products must perform as specified in their accompanying
manuals and as represented on this web site.
- All hardware products are warranted for 1 year against
defects in workmanship. Any failures due to improper use will be
repaired or replaced at sellers discretion and buyers expense.
The rate for said repairs is $100.00 per hour plus parts and
shipping charges.
